Purposes and legal basis for processing personal data. We collect and process data that arenecessary to: - to conclude and execute the sales contract and to provide the service chosen by the User and to ensure the quality of the services provided, as well as to enable payment for services and products purchased from us (Article 6(1b) RODO); - to fulfill legal obligations including for tax and accounting purposes (issuing invoices and accounting documents and their storage). Storage of contracts, correspondence and information related to the implementation of contracts for the sale of services provided; - realization of the legitimate interests of AR-TECH Arkadiusz Chochla, including, but not limited to, establishing, pursuing and enforcing claims, verifying payment reliability, responding to directed reports, questions and complaints within the period established by law, marketing our own services, providing information on our current offerings, statistical analysis and marketing research for our own purposes, contacting the User for purposes related to the provision of services and sale of products (Article 6(1f) RODO).
What personal data we collect and process. In ordering a service by a User on the pages of our website, we require the following data: - company name; - name and surname; - address of residence; - mailing address if different from the address of residence; - Tax ID; - telephone number; - e-mail address. In the performance of the contract for the provision of services by us and the sale of products, it is not obligatory to provide all the above personal data, We process data only necessary for the implementation of the subject of the contract chosen by the User. The provision of personal data marked as required by the User and his/her consent to the processing of such data is voluntary, it is also a condition for the conclusion and implementation of the contract. The consequence of not providing personal data and not giving your consent to their processing will be that AR-TECH Arkadiusz Chochla will not be able to conclude a contract and perform services for you. In addition, we may ask for optional data that do not affect the conclusion of the contract.
How long we process data. We process personal data for no longer than necessary. First of all,during the term of the contract and after its termination for the period necessary for tax settlements or the expiration of claims, unless regulations order us to delete the data beforehand. The maximum period of retention of Users' data for billing purposes is 5 years, starting from the end of the calendar year in which the deadline for payment of taxes related to the service provided has expired.
Data transfer. Data is subject to sharing with external entities only within the limits permitted by law. We may transfer your personal data to entities that support us in providing electronic services (e.g., data hosting services on servers) and performing financial services (e.g., accounting that performs our bookkeeping). Entities providing consulting, legal, postal and courier services for us, as well as acquiring receivables in case the User fails to pay bills and invoices issued by us on time. The data will be made available on a need-to-know basis to enable the execution of the subject matter of the contract. The transfer of data does not release the transferor from responsibility for their processing. AR-TECH Arkadiusz Chochla Company may be obliged to provide information and make User's data available to authorized services and public authorities (e.g. Police, Prosecutor's Office, Courts, President of the Office of Personal Data Protection, President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protect on, President of the Office of Electronic Communications). The data may be made available without the User's knowledge and consent, on the basis of applicable laws, only if the legality of the request is verified by an appropriate legal basis.
When do we collect data? We may collect your personal data when, while on our website, you perform the following actions: - you order our services; - you make an inquiry about booking a stay date; - you send inquiries to receive information about our services; - you contact us about a problem by asking us a question. User rights related to personal data: Right to information about the processing of personal data - on this basis, the Administrator provides the person making such a request with information about the processing of personal data, including, in particular, the purposes and legal grounds for processing, the scope of the data held, the entities to which the personal data are disclosed and the planned date for their deletion; Right to obtain a copy of the data - on this basis, the Administrator provides a copy of the processed data concerning the person making the request; Right to rectification of data - on this basis, the Administrator removes any inconsistencies or errors concerning the processed personal data, and completes or updates them if they are incomplete or have changed; The right to erasure - on this basis, you can request the erasure of data whose processing is no longer necessary for the realization of any of the purposes for which they were collected; The right to restriction of processing - on this basis, the Administrator shall cease performing operations on personal data, except for operations consented to by the data subject and their storage, in accordance with the accepted retention rules, or until the reasons for restriction of processing cease to exist (e.g. a decision of a supervisory authority authorizing further data processing is issued); The right to data portability - on this basis, to the extent that the data are processed in connection with a contract concluded or consent given, the Administrator shall release the data provided by the data subject in a computer-readable format. Right to withdrow consent. If the Administrator processes personal data on the basis of the User's consent, the consent may be withdrawn at any time. Right to lodge a complaint. If the User believes that his/her personal data is being processed in violation of applicable law, he/she may file a complaint with the President of Personal Data Protection.
Changes to the Privacy Policy. To the extent not covered by this Privacy Policy, the provisions of the Act and the RODO shall apply. The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy.
