The Privacy Policy is a set of rules designed to inform our guests about all aspects of the process regarding the acquisition, processing and safeguarding of their personal data. We also explain the principles and purposes of data acquisition. These processes are carried out on the basis of applicable laws and regulations, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC and the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data.

  3. Purposes and legal basis for processing personal data. We collect and process data that are necessary to: - to conclude and execute the sales contract and to provide the service chosen by the User and to ensure the quality of the services provided, as well as to enable payment for services and products purchased from us (Article 6(1b) RODO); - to fulfill legal obligations including for tax and accounting purposes (issuing invoices and accounting documents and their storage). Storage of contracts, correspondence and information related to the implementation of contracts for the sale of services provided; - realization of the legitimate interests of AR-TECH Arkadiusz Chochla, including, but not limited to, establishing, pursuing and enforcing claims, verifying payment reliability, responding to directed reports, questions and complaints within the period established by law, marketing our own services, providing information on our current offerings, statistical analysis and marketing research for our own purposes, contacting the User for purposes related to the provision of services and sale of products (Article 6(1f) RODO).
  4. What personal data we collect and process. In ordering a service by a User on the pages of our website, we require the following data: - company name; - name and surname; - address of residence; - mailing address if different from the address of residence; - Tax ID; - telephone number; - e-mail address. In the performance of the contract for the provision of services by us and the sale of products, it is not obligatory to provide all the above personal data, We process data only necessary for the implementation of the subject of the contract chosen by the User. The provision of personal data marked as required by the User and his/her consent to the processing of such data is voluntary, it is also a condition for the conclusion and implementation of the contract. The consequence of not providing personal data and not giving your consent to their processing will be that AR-TECH Arkadiusz Chochla will not be able to conclude a contract and perform services for you. In addition, we may ask for optional data that do not affect the conclusion of the contract.
  5. How long we process data. We process personal data for no longer than necessary. First of all, during the term of the contract and after its termination for the period necessary for tax settlements or the expiration of claims, unless regulations order us to delete the data beforehand. The maximum period of retention of Users' data for billing purposes is 5 years, starting from the end of the calendar year in which the deadline for payment of taxes related to the service provided has expired.

Entities providing consulting, legal, postal and courier services for us, as well as acquiring receivables in case the User fails to pay bills and invoices issued by us on time. The transfer of data does not release the transferor from responsibility for their processing. The data may be made available without the User's knowledge and consent, on the basis of applicable laws, only if the legality of the request is verified by an appropriate legal basis.

  14. Right to withdrow consent. If the Administrator processes personal data on the basis of the User's consent, the consent may be withdrawn at any time.   15. Right to lodge a complaint. If the User believes that his/her personal data is being processed in violation of applicable law, he/she may file a complaint with the President of Personal Data Protection.

The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy.
